House Republicans launch a website blasting the media for focusing on chaos, rather than their accomplishments made during President Trumps first 200 days in office.
The website called Did You Know says the news has not been keeping Americans informed on all the legislation GOP lawmakers have passed in the House.
"This man has met nothing but horrendous opposition from all sides since he announced his intention to run. It came from every direction on the planet. It came from the opposing party. It came from his own party. It just seemed like no one liked him. Except the American people themselves. Because against all odds, and against all of the polls, and against all of the hateful things the media threw against him, the American people, that's you and us, by the way, elected him President of this Great Nation.
Pretty cool, when you think about it."
Yea, it is pretty cool.
That’s the House. Now how about the Senate?
Why don’t they just repeal ACA?
Stop with the phony grandstanding and do what was promised.
Yes the media is horribly biased.
But president Trump handles them quite well.
However, the DO-NOTHING house and senate make it a lot easier for the media to criticize them because they are spineless, incompetent lying hypocrites.
LAUGH OF THE WEEK:
Mitch McConnell whining that President Trump has unrealistic expectations - he tries to rush them!!!
After all - they have only had 7 years since Obamacare became law to devise a plan to repeal it.
We knew there were a lot of Republican US Senators who were backstabbers, bought and paid for. I don't think anyone realized they are a strong majority of Republican Senators. Each delegate in the House has to face the voters every two years, so they'll have to mostly stick to their campaign promises. But keep in mind that unless they use the power of the purse there nothing to stop Swampthings run amuck in the US Senate....especially those who don't face re-election next go around.

They are essentially unaccountable because they face those LIVs long after they’ve screwed the country for a few million from a lobbyist. We need to repeal the 17th amendment. Put the States back in charge of the senators and to a large extent the Federal Gov. as well. That was the founders intent. that is why the senators term is long and the representatives short. The States are supposed to be the power in this UNITED STATES. The Feds are supposed to see to the common defense and not much more.
My expectations for job performance have NOT been met by either the House or the Senate.
It is well past time to recall and replace.
Big F’ing Deal. Repeal ACA. Full stop. All the rest is clever marketing and cheap window dressing.
Time to throw the base a bone. Cool us off a bit before the primary candidates start showing up.
Did You Know
Yes, the voters DO know. They know that the Republicans are do-nothing frauds who NEVER produce anything they promise.
This website is just a distraction meant to divert attention away from the GOP’s pathetic weakness and its repeated failures.
I’m signed up for their emails.
I did know you.
I helped you out. Check the keywords.
Read today McConnell is blaming to “high expectations” by the people and Trump on what Congress can get done.....which is baloney and he knows it.
You’re right they had 7 yrs. to get Obamacare done....they ‘refused’ to do the work obviously.
House trying to hide the fact that they, in collusion with the senate, have impeded trump at every step.
Just posted the story folks. No need to shoot the messenger. I agree the GOP has no excuse for not doing more (especially repealing ACA), but at least they are starting to fight back against the MSM. It's a start, kind of.
Isn’t one of the first things he did was ending abortion funding overseas?
didyouknow about this?
